    Thermal Variation of Vibrational Frequency, Dielectric Constant, Loss Tangent and Spontaneous Polarization in Deuterated Triglycine Fluoberyllate Crystal

  • Abstract

    By fitting model values of physical quantities for deuterated TGFB crystal in theoretically derived expressions for ferroelectric mode frequency, dielectric constant and loss tangent temperature dependences of these quantities have been calculated and compared with experimental data of literature values for deuterated TGFB crystal, which show good agreement.
