    Theoretical Study of Ferroelectric, Dielectric and Loss Tangent Properties of Lead Hydrogen Arsenate Crystal

  • Abstract

    Theoretically derived expressions for ferroelectric mode frequency, dielectric constant and loss tangent have been derived to explain behaviour of PbHAsO4 crystal and similar crystals. For this two-sublattice pseudospin lattice coupled mode model is modified by adding third and fourth-order phonon anharmonic interactions terms. Model values are fitted in expressions and temperature variations of above quantities are calculated. Theoretical results are compared with experimental result of others.
