    Total Structural Elucidation of Erlotinib and Gefitinib by Mainly 2D-Rotating Frame Overhauser Effect Spectroscopy (2D ROESY NMR)

  • Abstract

    Erlotinib HCl (Tarcevaź) and Gefitinib (Iressaź) are well known anticancer drugs, which are used in the treatment of several chemoresistant cancer. Their total structural assignments of Erlotinib, Erlotinib HCl and Gefitinib have been achieved by using 2D-NMR experiments, including DEPT, COSY, ROESY, HSQC and HMBC. ROESY experiment gives the best important data for their structural elucidation
