  • Abstract

    A three-component reaction between trialkyl(aryl) phosphites, dialkyl acetylene dicarboxylates and [5-(5-nitrothiophen-2-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine] is described as a simple and efficient route for the stereoselective synthesis of dialkyl 2-(dialkoxyphosphoryl)-1-[5-(5-nitrothiophen-2-yl)-1,34-thiadiazol-2-yl amino] ethanedioate in high yields.
