    Crystal and Molecular Structure of 2-(2-Fluoro-phenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole

  • Abstract

    The crystal structure analysis of 2-(2-fluoro-phenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole is described. The benzoimidazole and fluorophenyl rings are non-coplanar with the dihedral angle 34.25(3)0. The crystal packing exhibits intramolecular N-H...F and intermolecular N-H...N, C-H...F, π-π stacking interactions leading to the formation of the supramolecular network.
