Groundwater is an important and renewable natural resource on the earth. The physicochemical characteristic of groundwater plays a significant role on health of Human beings and other uses. The present paper deals with the study of physicochemical parameters like pH, TDS., specific conductivity, total alkalinity, hardness and levels of chloride, magnesium, nitrate, sulphate, phosphate, sodium, potassium and fluoride from 2011 to 2013. During the study period various parameters were determined with the help of standard research techniques. Correlation statistical analyses were used to evaluate the overall factors influencing the groundwater quality. The groundwater hydrochemistry investigations revealed that the seasonal effect changes the concentration of various parameters. Results of the investigations of few of the samples show that some of the parameters like nitrate and fluoride were above permissible limit affecting the quality of groundwater of Digod tehsil of Kota District of Rajasthan state in India.
