4DescriptionAbstract A four sublattice pseudospin lattice coupled mode model modified with third and fourth-order phonon anharmonic interaction terms and external electric field terms has been considered for ADP crystal. Expressions for shift, width, renormalized antiferroelectric mode frequency, dielectric constant and loss tangent have been evaluated. Double-time thermal Green's function method has been used for derivation. Fitting the values of model parameters in expressions, the temperature dependences of antiferroelectric mode frequency dielectric constant and loss tangent have been calculated in presence of electric field. Theoretical results agree with experimental data by others.
