4DescriptionAbstract Zinc (Tris) Thiourea sulfate (ZTS) is an effective non-linear optical crystal which joins both organic and inorganic advantages. Usually, ZTS crystals have been grown by slow evaporation solution method, in order to get good transparent ZTS crystals, the influence of parameters such as density, pH and concentration of feed solution as well as mother solution have experimented. The crystals size has been obtained the range about 5 x 3 x 2 mm. The SHG efficiency has been studied by using Kurtz powder technique. The relative SHG efficiency of the crystals was found to be increased substantially with the increase of dopant concentration. The correlation found between the crystalline perfection and SHG efficiency.
