4DescriptionAbstract A diastereospecific c-vinylation of naphthol derivatives is described from a reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate and naphthol derivatives, in the presence of tributylphosphine as an efficient catalyst, in excellent yield. The presented one-pot method is simple and effective with mild conditions.
