4DescriptionAbstract Nano particles of silver and bismuth oxide have been synthesized by an eco-friendly, cost effective green mediated method using methanolic extract of Cleistanthus Collinus. Also, Ag doped Bi2O3 nano particles have been prepared and characterized using XRD, SEM and EDAX analysis. The Ag doped Bi2O3 nanoparticles have been coated over mild steel substrate and the corrosion behaviour has been studied.
