4DescriptionAbstract A green chemistry methodologies were utilized for the efficient synthesis of Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives by one-pot multicomponent reaction of substituted aldehydes, ethyl/methyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate by conventional, microwave, solvent-free and ultrasonication techniques. All the compounds were characterized by TLC, FT-IR, 1H NMR and elemental studies.
