4DescriptionAbstract Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) of copper and zinc synthesized with 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid and N,N-dimethylformamide at room temperature and by solvothermal method is reported in this paper. The MOFs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), High resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results obtained are presented.
